Ectoplasm is a young producer from Pisa (IT) who definitely looves acid, and guess what, so do we!
He delivered us three very straight forward acid techno bombs on for the next STG chapter. First track “Invader” is the trippy one, offset acid line with airy drums and the kick that just keeps you going. “Pure 903” does not need much further presentation as name explains it enough: a beautiful acid roller, that has all the good bits of that old school sound that we still can’t stop loving. “Random Haze” is the badass one that nasty one that never leaves you alone, every chance it gets, and you like it.
Remixes here need even less presentation: DAHRYL, literally brings “Random Haze” to its nastiest. A total face melter.
Klankman instead does a special extra providing two versions of his remixed “Pure 903” . In it’s usual “raw to the core madness [yeah we love that]” Aussie Don’t Fit Mix is the slowest one that does trap you in one sick trip. And then, as bonus, Aussie Mix is the one that is definitely not for faint hearted. Lets see who can keep up ;)
The latest compilation from Barcelona label House of (S)PUNK features delicate ambient, groovy neo-rave, emotional hyperpop and more. Bandcamp New & Notable May 23, 2023
